Scopevisio365 simplifies the everyday office life of its users
Scopevisio has released Scopevisio365, an app that seamlessly connects Scopevisio 365 with Microsoft Office. Scopevisio365 provides data from the cloud business software Scopevisio and transfers it directly into Office.
Thus the app proves to be a useful aid in everyday office life and for working on the road. It allows users to transfer data from Scopevisio directly into Office 365 without leaving Office and without opening Scopevisio. For example, address data from Scopevisio can be used for form letters in Microsoft Word or product details from Scopevisio can be used for product lists in Microsoft Excel.
Increasing productivity at work
“Scopevisio365 is the perfect complement to all our clients who also use Office 365. With the app, users can integrate basic features of Scopevisio in Office and combine both worlds”, says Michael Rosbach, CEO of Scopevisio AG.
For example a salesperson has access to all of his customer data while being on the move – thanks to Scopevisio365. On a business trip he can write letters and he can easily draw the necessary address data with a single click from Scopevisio. Furthermore, overviews and reports in Excel with data from Scopevisio can be accumulated – especially from the product and project management.
Task Management
At the same time Scopevisio365 contributes to the collaborative approach of Office 365 for companies. Create a task in Scopevisio and directly assign it to a project or an employee.
With the click of a button the tasks are transferred into Scopevisio. Employees who are often away on business can easily manage their tasks with Scopevisio365.

Tool for cooperation
Office 365 is more than a mere collection of applications such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Above all, it’s a tool for location-independent and time-independent collaboration of distributed teams. For this purpose, Office 365 offers expanded memory at Microsoft OneDrive for Business to each client. This in turn enables mobile data access and offers the possibility to easily share documents.
